Meet The Mysoft Management Team

Brendan Kirby - Director

Brendan is responsible for Mysoft's daily operations which develop, implement and support our enterprise software solutions.

He brings to his role twenty years experience in the software industry, including many years working alongside fellow Mysoft director Chris Schafer in senior management positions within several ERP vendors. Brendan's broad technical background in software development facilitates a clear understanding of the technical challenges faced by Mysoft and the ability to lead by example.

Brendan obtained an MSc in Computer Science and then joined a small London-based ERP systems house in 1988. Over the next sixteen years Brendan helped the business grow from 10 to 450 people.

 

Chris Schafer - Director

Chris is responsible for all Sales and Marketing activity for Mysoft, driving both new business sales and existing customer growth.

He brings over twenty years of experience in the IT sector working for both large corporations like Hewlett Packard to privately owned software development houses. A highly successful ten-year track record of selling ERP solutions led to four years as the Sales Director of a public IT services business. In 2005 he formed Mysoft with Brendan Kirby.

 

Brian Martin - Software Development Manager

As Software Development Manager for Mysoft, Brian is responsible for managing all aspects of our programming & analysis functions.

Brian spent fourteen years working at Wilton Royal Carpets developing in-house software systems for major projects such as Production Planning, Bar-coding and Complaints/Returns Management. This extensive industry experience allowed him to learn firsthand how vital a contribution a good IT development team can make to any organisation.

In 1995 Brian joined a software house as a Senior Analyst/Programmer. He used his industry experience to help this company further develop their own ERP product and also many significant bespoke developments for customers requiring additional software functionality.

Brian's background brings a wealth of 'real-world' industry experience combined with a high level of technical ability.

 

Tom Mann - Consultancy Manager

As Consultancy Manager for Mysoft, Tom is responsible for building and managing our consultancy team.

Tom has over 10 years experience working with ERP software having joined the support department of a small ERP vendor in 2000 that specialised in manufacturing software.

In 2004 Tom moved on to work in the support department for a major ERP vendor. During his time there, as well as working in 2nd line support, Tom project managed various client projects and worked as the support partner on Sage ERP X3 implementations. In 2007 Tom became the 2nd line support Team Lead and managed a team that supported over 100 clients.

With over 10 years experience working with ERP software Tom has gained valuable experience in a variety of major vertical markets and has a broad range of industry knowledge.

Tom joined Mysoft in March 2009 to take on the role of Sage ERP X3 Consultant. In 2011 Tom became Mysoft's Consultancy Manager.

 

Natalie Sunley - Head of Project Management

As Head of Project Management for Mysoft, Natalie is responsible for managing the delivery of all Project Management services.

Natalie graduated from Leicester University in 1999, joining a major manufacturer & distributor to the automotive industry. Within 6 months she was fully responsible for all elements of the company's ERP system.

In 2002 Natalie moved on to work in the support department of a major ERP vendor. Natalie rapidly progressed to become the manager of first-line support and a Technical Account Manager for several key accounts.

Natalie joined Mysoft in September 2006 and has subsequently become a PRINCE2 accredited Project Manager. Natalie has directly project managed many of Mysoft implementations to date and now heads-up Project Management services.

 

Martin Arnold – Product Development Manager

Martin is responsible for the management and development of Mysoft's own authored software solutions designed to enhance Sage ERP X3.

Martin has more than 20 years’ experience working in the design, development, implementation and support of ERP systems. He has worked with customers in a number of sectors including distribution, retail, service and manufacturing.

Since 2002 Martin has been working with Sage ERP X3 on a variety of projects and implementations.

With his broad range of experience and his specific Sage ERP X3 knowledge, Martin adds further depth to the Mysoft team backed up by 23 years of solid industry knowledge.
