Mysoft was founded in 2005 as an IT services organisation.
Since our inception the aim of Mysoft has been to service the requirements of mid-market customers who require a specialist software solutions partner.
Our primary focus is the provision of enterprise software solutions. This encompasses a range of software covering a variety of business functions such as accounts, distribution, manufacturing, warehouse management, web and document management.
Working in partnership with customers
In order to successfully implement and support enterprise solutions we take a highly consultative approach when working with our customers. We work in partnership with customers, recognising the essential need to fully understand a customer's business requirements in order to deliver tangible benefits via software solutions.
Tailored solutions
Where appropriate, we firmly believe in tailoring our software solutions to fit individual customer's needs. This can take the form of mild cosmetic alterations right through to building bespoke modules for specific business functions. As software authors as well as re-sellers our expertise and internal systems are designed to cater for this. Therefore, companies with complex business requirements will find Mysoft's approach highly rewarding.
Whilst having significant experience in a variety of major vertical markets like healthcare, distribution, food & beverages and industrial products, Mysoft also prides itself in having a very broad range of industry knowledge. We cater for customers who have unusual and complex requirements. Customers of this nature often don't reside comfortably in major verticals and therefore need a specialist supplier, like Mysoft, willing to invest the time to understand their business in order to deliver specialist solutions.
Providing support
Providing IT support is also an important part of Mysoft's services offering. Given the extensive business knowledge of our technical personnel and our broad understanding of ERP products we are able to offer this service in a highly bespoke fashion, dependent upon customer's specific needs.
